The Jamiat has been active in flood and earthquake relief operations across the country in coordination with its regional branches. In the recent time, the organization worked hard for the Earthquake victims of Kutch Bhuj (2001) Kashmir Earthquake (2005) Kashmir flood (2014), Chennai Floods (2015), Bihar floods (2017) and Kerala Floods (2018). Cadres of Jamiat rushed relief material to the victims in these places by setting up relief camps and ensuring arrangement of food and other provisions. In all those places, the organization constructed several colonies and shelter homes for the displaced.
