Under the banner of Imarate Sharia Hind-sub-organization of Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind -the network of religious panchayat (Mahkama Sharia) has been established all over the country. These panchayats have been successful in resolving family disputes relating to nikah, talak, Khula etc. in the light of Quran and Sunnah.

 

Every effort is made to amicably resolve disputes so as to Muslim family are protected from futile and wasteful litigation. As per the recent report, there is more than 100 ‘mahkama sharia’ in the country.
